General information
- The reception is open 24/7
- Check-in from 3 pm
- Check-out time: 11 am
- Minors unaccompanied by an adult are not admitted
- Animals are not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed in the rooms
- Breakfast costs €10 per person
- Our building does NOT have an elevator
- Rates do not include the tourist tax
- For private rooms we request a €50 damage deposit to be released upon inspection of the room within 7 days after check-out. For bigger rooms with 6 people or more the damage deposit is €100.
- For beds in shared dormitory, we request €20 deposit to provide towel, room key and locker key. The deposit will be charged only in case one of these items is missing at check-out.

- Iron, charger/adapter, extra keys, locker keys available at reception; To use these services, we require a €10 deposit
- Luggage storage available free of charge from 8am to 8pm.
- Daily cleaning service on request
- Secure parking €45 per day (€50 if only for one day). Please contact reception upon your arrival for availability. It is not possible to book this service in advance. In case of unavailability, we will direct you to another nearby car parking
- Taxi to Schiphol Airport (inform at reception about price)
Booking conditions
- Standard bookings
One week before arrival, we reserve the right to block, on the card provided to us, the cost of the first night as a guarantee. The reserved amount will be canceled within a few days after check-out. - Non-refundable bookings
The entire amount (excluding taxes - to be paid on arrival) will be charged at the time of booking
In case of cancellation:
- Standard bookings
Free cancellation up to 48h before the day of arrival (00:00 local time) - Non-refundable bookings
The entire amount remains charged, the booking is non-refundable.
