Term and Conditions

If you choose 'credit card guarantee' when making your booking, we will block the amount of the 1st night's stay on the card. The entire amount will be charged as soon as the on arrival at the hotel. Upon payment, we will ask you to show proof of identity and the credit card.

If you choose 'online payment', you will be charged the full amount prior to your arrival.

In case of cancellation,
Standard rate: free cancellation up to 48 hours before the day of arrival (00:00 local time).
Non-refundable: the full amount will remain charged.
